Creating Value / Næringsnytte

In 2024, I had the privilege of redesigning Nofima's magazine: "Næringsnytte" and its English edition, "Creating Value".

Nofima is a norwegian leading food research institute conducting research and development for the aquaculture industry, the fishing industry and the food industry. Every year, the institute publishes the magazine "Creating value" in two editions, Norwegian and English, sharing research results that have provided the greatest benefits to the food industries.

Nofima wished a new and more manageable format than A4, a fresh and modern graphic expression for the cover and whole magazine, while maintaining the essence and recognizability of the magazine. And a design that aligned with Nofimas visual identity. The challenge lay in evolving the design to feel modern without straying too far from the magazines’ familiar character.
